Yes, a minimum 5 number of licenses are required to be purchased.

How to renew the license?

How can a user identify which files are not uploaded?

There can be two ways to identify non-uploaded files, one is when you click drop-down (extreme right) available for each file on XfilesPro component, the Export option will be available and the other is to add a custom field in the column displaying a value for uploaded/not-uploaded files.

What permissions are required to be assigned to a standard user to see the bi-directional components other than the XfilesPro license?

The permission set, visual force page and lightning component page assignment also need to be assigned.

Is it possible to display XfilesPro folder structure in Windows Explorer?

No, it is not possible to display XfilesPro folder structure in Windows Explorer

Can we use the ‘Product’ Object with the XfilesPro component?

Absolutely, you can use the XfilesPro component with the ‘Product’ object and all other objects available in your SFDC environment.

How will XfilesPro manage when folders are moved out of the root folder?

XfilesPro manages the connection with folders with folderID. Thus, even if the folders are moved out of the Root folder then also it is linked with XfilesPro

Will XfilesPro allow us to display remote files in a lightning component securely?

Yes, it offers you a Bi-directional component as well, which serves the purpose of securely displaying remote (external storage) files.

Can we view the CreatedBY field on the XfilesPro component?

Yes, the CreatedBy field can be added as a list view column on the XfilesPro component. It is not a default setup, it is a part of additional customization.

Can we have multiple objects configured for a single drive account?

Yes, multiple objects can be configured with a single drive account.

Based on the file uploading user, will the Owner Name be rendered on the XfilesPro component?

No. Currently, we are not offering 24/7 Support. We only offer extended support on previously agreed SLA.

Can we save new files in a particular folder in the external storage using XfilesPro?

Yes, it is possible. Our Folder Mapping feature allows you to map existing folders to your records. You can then save all your files in the existing folder.

Are the upgrades free of cost or should I pay anything extra for every upgrade ? Will I get implementation support ? Screen reader support enabled.

No, there is no additional cost involved in upgrading XfilesPro. And yes, we also offer implementation support along with a premium support for any issues thereafter.

Does the XfilesPro application get upgraded automatically like Salesforce itself ?

No, it won’t upgrade automatically. Each time we upgrade the application, you will get an email notification. If you want to upgrade the solution, our support team will help you with this.

Is there any remote server setting required to be added to the Salesforce system in order to start uploading files to external systems using XfilesPro?

How to delete Storage setup entries when these are no longer required?

You can delete the entries which are no longer required using custom object Cloud Storage Provider. Create a custom tab for this object and add it to the XfilesPro application. Inside the tab, you should see all the existing records.

Can we attach a single file to multiple records within Salesforce without uploading it multiple times?

Yes, you can always attach a single file to multiple records. XfilesPro is designed in a way to make your Salesforce features easy and sorted. Accordingly, we allow you to attach any single file to multiple records within Salesforce without uploading it multiple times. In this manner, your load is reduced and space is saved to a vast extent.

Can I have different external storage configured to the same org?

Yes, you can. It is possible to have multiple external storage facilities configured within the same org. XfilesPro will help you achieve the same in the most authentic manner. The addition of flash memory will accommodate you with some more storage area.

Can we choose which objects we want XfilesPro to be configured with?
